To BeCu section: The combination of qualities achieved in
Beryllium Copper alloys made them unique in cases where high thermal and electrical
conductivity and non-sparkability are required.
Beryllium Copper alloy ÁðÁ2 (Ñ17200) is the major alloy in its group. In annealed
and aged condition it has its maximum strength.
The maximum hardness 450 HV is achieved while aging deformed and tempered material.
Application: ideal material for electronics. Used for contacts,
bellows, membranes, coils and electrodes for resistance welding.
